On the video call, Fury's dead-fish eyes widened enormously, as though he had seen something utterly unbelievable.
Fury really felt as though he was hallucinating, because this guy had actually proposed something so absurd.
Issuing missions was fine, and helping them contact Asgard was also possible. Though Fury found the combination of the two somewhat strange, he had not considered it particularly unbelievable.
But Noah was the type who never stopped until he said something shocking. While Fury was still processing what Noah had said, Noah suddenly added, "Go find some programmers who make online games, especially ones experienced with quest systems."
At first, Fury's mind had not caught up, but once he understood what Noah meant, his face instantly darkened!

"Dammit, this concerns Earth's safety!" Fury cried out in disbelief. "Man, aren't you messing around here? Letting them do it, isn't that—"
"Are you stupid? Don't you know you can have your people manage them? Just let them make the quest system, while your people handle everything else."
Noah tilted his head. "Don't get so worked up. This isn't the reaction someone with your brain should have. Or has too much pressure thrown your mentality off balance?"
