"What are you planning to take me to today?" Hermione asked Noah with a smile.
Hermione had not seen Noah for a long time. Even though she had long since moved in with him, she had barely had any chance to see him over the past year.
Over the past year, Noah had rarely returned to the Sanctum. On top of that, Hermione herself had been busy—mainly with the introduction and revisions of the Exorcist Act. As a result, they had truly gone an entire year without seeing each other.
Then, a few days ago, Noah had suddenly appeared in the Sanctum, which seemed to signal that he had finished everything he needed to do.
That made Hermione very happy. She knew that Noah, as the Sorcerer Supreme, had countless matters to deal with, and some of them probably could not be discussed with them at all. So she did not press him about what had happened during the year he had been gone.
