"Take it down!" Esdeath flashed an excited smile. Then, an ice pillar barely large enough for one person to stand on surged up beneath her feet, launching her into the sky.
The ice rose higher and higher, like a vine growing from a magic bean, viciously stabbing toward the dragon circling at low altitude.
The gale howled as countless sharp winds gathered around the massive Danger Beast, twisting toward the ice pillar and Esdeath atop it like turbulent currents.
Facing the wind blades about to strike head-on, Esdeath formed a strange gesture in front of her chest.

The entire world took on the color of ice and snow. Using the force from the ice pillar, Esdeath leaped upward, dodging the wind blades. She then used suddenly appearing ice blocks to leap toward the dragon once more, rapidly condensing a slender ten-meter ice spike in her hand.
