Compared with the trip out, Isaac's return journey was much faster. After all, he had the exalted power of spatial teleportation.

Thus, when Isaac returned to Dungeon City, the materials for the Ten Divine Tomes had yet to be fully gathered. Only a small portion had been collected, and progress was less than ideal. Fortunately, experiments were not all he had done on this outing. He had also visited the three great Magic Cities and several smaller ones nearby, holding brief discussions with them. Some of the remaining materials could be purchased directly from them.

Of course, for now, they could only trade with nearby Magic Cities. The three great Magic Cities were farther away, and establishing formal trade involved more complicated arrangements. First, a teleportation array had to be prepared. Second, apart from Arcane City, the other two had been built by Legend mages, so they first needed a way to block the influence of their mystery attributes.

The teleportation array was easy enough to handle. For Isaac as he was now, it posed no difficulty, including the cost. The all-purpose ritual would take care of that!

The latter problem, however, was trickier. There were only three ways to block the influence of mystery attributes. The first, naturally, was to increase one's own mystery attribute. As it rose, the corresponding resistance would rise as well. The second was to learn spells specifically designed to resist [Mystery]. For mystery attributes derived from Magic Cities alone, a First Tier spell would suffice.

The final option was, of course, Magic Items. Items that raised resistance to a particular attribute were the most abundant and common Magic Items in the Wizarding World.

There was no helping it. Low-tier supernatural beings loved these things, especially adventurers. Dealing with monsters year-round, they sometimes found that
