The restaurant returned to normal.
As Sanji worked, he kept an eye on the Straw Hat Crew, especially Zoro.
After all, Zoro's bounty of 15 million was already that of a major pirate in the East Blue.
Zoro also noticed Sanji's hostile gaze and glared back.
Hiss, the more I look at this cook, the more annoyed I get.
Tsk, this green-haired swordsman looks like he deserves a good beating.
Their gazes met, and sparks seemed to fly between them.
Just as the atmosphere grew tense, Nami began tidying up her clothes, which had gotten messy during her earlier scuffle with the other women.
Sanji's peripheral vision caught sight of her. Instantly, he broke eye contact with Zoro, his eyes turning into hearts as he drifted towards Nami.
Bending down and reaching out, he looked at Nami with burning eyes. "Damn it, I can't believe I didn't notice such a beautiful lady in the restaurant. May I treat you to a meal?"
Upon hearing the offer of a meal, Nami immediately agreed with a nod: (????)?
Sanji: (づ ̄ 3 ̄)づ╭?~
Zoro, Usopp, Johnny, Joseph: (?_?)
At this moment, Can Yue, wearing a black and white patterned mask, returned to the restaurant.
Nami instantly moved away from Sanji and ran to Can Yue's side, hands on her hips. She said to Can Yue as if seeking praise, "Hmph, I stopped those crazy women who wanted to touch you just now. Pretty impressive, right!"
Can Yue nodded in thanks to Nami out of politeness.
Nami: (?????)
Sanji: (╬?益?)
Zoro, Usopp, Johnny, Joseph, and the others laughed so hard they slapped the tables: (≧?≦)ゞ
"Bring the food quickly, anything is fine!"
A thin man wearing a white tracksuit with blue stripes and a bandana entered the restaurant, holding a handgun.
Paddy, a chef who looked like Popeye, immediately greeted him enthusiastically.
But when Paddy discovered the thin man had no money and intended to dine and dash, and then learned from other diners that this thin man was Gin from the Krieg Pirates.
Paddy, who had been gentle, instantly became enraged. He beat Gin and threw him out of the restaurant.
Sanji, who had been trying to charm Nami, saw this. He frowned, apologized to Nami, and then headed towards the kitchen.
A while later, Luffy, working as a delivery boy on the second-floor balcony, personally witnessed Sanji giving food to the dying Gin.
He heard Sanji's words clearly: "I'm a chef. As long as someone is hungry, I'll cook for them."
Gin, due to his pride, had intended to starve rather than accept charity.
Sanji suddenly said, "If you eat this bowl of rice, you'll get to see tomorrow."
Gin was silent for a moment, then gave in.
At this moment, Luffy made up his mind: he had to have Sanji become the Straw Hat Crew's chef.
Can Yue, also wearing a mask that covered the upper half of his face, arrived beside Luffy. The two of them watched Sanji, who had already sent Gin away, below.
Can Yue calmly informed Luffy, "A fight might break out in a couple of days."
Luffy pondered for a moment and roughly understood what Can Yue meant.
"Hee hee hee, then let them come!"
Just then, Zoro walked up to the two of them, holding a bottle of alcohol.
"What are you two talking about?"
Can Yue looked at Zoro but didn't answer his question. Instead, he thought of something else, his brow furrowing slightly under his mask. He said to Zoro, "Your target is coming soon!"
Zoro was stunned upon hearing this. The bottle of alcohol he was pouring into his mouth stopped, and his muscles began to tremble.
After a while, Zoro's lips curved upwards, his eyes shifting from shock to anticipation.
"Good, I will definitely wait for him."
Can Yue, out of concern, added, "You might die."
Upon hearing this, Zoro took another large swig of alcohol.
"That's a promise I made with my best friend. Ever since I set sail, I've put thoughts of death aside!"
With that, Zoro turned and walked back into the restaurant.
Luffy, who had been laughing merrily, fell into a brief silence after hearing Zoro's words.
Sanji, having just seen Gin off, also overheard the conversation of the three people above and was completely bewildered.
He was particularly puzzled by Zoro's mindset, challenging someone even at the risk of his life.
"Is this green-haired guy an idiot? Isn't it better to be alive? What kind of dream is worth risking your life for?"
Sanji scoffed at Zoro, but as he spoke, a self-mocking smile appeared, reminding him of his past self.
'ALL BLUE?'
Sanji frowned, his eyes filled with memories.
Six days later, Luffy was still working, while Zoro, Usopp, and the others were getting anxious and complaining.
"Are we going to stay here for a year?"
Only Can Yue and Nami didn't seem to mind the time spent here.
Nami didn't care about the time because Sanji had waived all her meal expenses, and the food here was genuinely delicious.
Can Yue, however, knew clearly that Nami's free-loading days were likely to end today.
As expected, while everyone was eating lunch, a scream suddenly echoed.
The decibel level was extremely high; it must have been terrifying.
A beautiful young woman with a face as lovely as a flower looked out the window in sheer terror.
"Th-that flag... it's the Krieg Pirates!"
Upon hearing this, all the diners were shocked and panicked.
Although in this Pirate World, Buggy was the undisputed overlord of the East Blue.
Buggy mostly stayed in his own territory and rarely concerned himself with matters outside it.
As a result, many ordinary people only knew of Buggy by reputation and felt no significant fear.
The Krieg Pirates, however, were different. Outside Buggy's territory, they committed all sorts of atrocities, burning, killing, and looting. Whatever the captain, Krieg, wanted, he would get.
Until a few months ago, they accidentally offended Buggy and were driven out of the East Blue.
Thus, the Krieg Pirate fleet, numbering over 5,000 men, set sail for the Grand Line with the resources they had plundered over the years.
Unexpectedly, they had returned at this very moment.
The many diners felt like a rice field facing a swarm of locusts – terrified and helpless.
Luffy, wearing a waiter's hat and apron, put down his work and ran into the restaurant.
He came to Can Yue and the others and said with a grin.
"Can Yue, they've arrived."
Can Yue, wearing a half-face mask of black and white, simply nodded in response: "Mm."
Luffy then made a request: "If they start a fight, leave it to me."
Can Yue replied: "Alright."
Finally, the main ship of the Krieg Pirate fleet arrived in front of the restaurant.
Its incredibly massive hull exuded a strong sense of pressure. The Merry, next to it, was like a chihuahua next to a Tibetan Mastiff.
While the diners were stunned by the giant ship, some with keen eyes noticed something unusual.
"The hull of this ship is heavily damaged."
"Did it suffer attacks from sea beasts?"
As the diners speculated amongst themselves.
An exceptionally burly figure, with a face resembling a gorilla, entered the restaurant, supported by Gin.
Before anyone could fully comprehend why the proud second overlord of the East Blue, Krieg, who commanded 5,000 subordinates, was in such a pathetic state.
The burly man, Krieg, directly knelt down and made a plea to the chefs present.
"Please give us food, we beg you!"
