Supreme Castle, top-floor conference room.

By the time Shien, Shafna, and Lilith were brought here, quite a few figures were already present.

"Finally decided to come?"

Sela sat at the head of the conference table, looking at Shien's group as Hertia led them inside, her face still full of irritation.

"Lilith!"

Milu jumped down from her seat and sprinted toward the friend she had met in Elven Village.

"Hehe."

Lilith beamed as well. Shien set her down, and she ran to meet her little friend.

An Evil God and a Ghost Demon—such a combination was, in every sense, both heartwarming and frightening.

"Welcome to the Demon Realm, Shien."

Lide stood atop the conference table and greeted Shien.

"Good to see you again, Lide."

Shien smiled at the fluffy little beast.

Lide, however, was not in as good a mood as Shien.

"It doesn't seem like much time has passed since we parted in Elven Village." Lide watched Shien, speaking with a mix of sentiment and complaint. "I never imagined you were the Hero."

Back in Elven Village, Lide had not yet known Shien's identity.

So now that she was seeing Shien again, with him having come here as the Hero, it was impossible for Lide not to feel moved.

Shafna casually walked over to where her seat was and sat down.

"Big Sis knew that guy's identity long ago."

Shafna looked at Sela with an amused smile as she said this.

"It wasn't that I didn't want to tell you. I simply needed to investigate a few things first." Sela shook her head, completely unfazed by Shafna's teasing. She only looked at Shien, her eyes flickering as she said, "Of course, I also never expected that after merely some time apart, you would already have reached our level."
