The two arrived in Stuttgart, Germany, where Loki, wearing his peculiar horned helmet, was preaching his theory of rulers enslaving commoners to a crowd of ordinary people.
Naturally, Captain Steve leaped out of the plane without another word and started fighting this so-called God of Lies.
Although Steve Rogers possessed physical abilities far beyond an ordinary person's, an indestructible Vibranium Shield, and support from Black Widow in the plane, he could only fight the God of Lies to a standstill.
Just as the two reached an impasse, a blast of wild music drew closer. Tony Stark streaked across the sky in his latest Iron Man suit, trailing a dazzling rainbow of light.
"I am~ Iron! Man~~~ Yee-haw-!"
Accompanied by Tony Stark's indescribable singing, Iron Man, still flashing with multicolored lights, fired an energy blast at Loki as he faced off against Steve, then landed with a clang.
The lights faded and the music stopped. Iron Man aimed every weapon on his suit at Loki, who lay on the ground.
"Want to keep going, Bambi?"
Faced with Iron Man and Captain America together, Loki promptly raised his hands in surrender.
"...Very... nice... new suit... Mr. Stark."
Steve Rogers picked up his shield and approached Stark with a complicated expression, offering a compliment he didn't mean.
"Want me to design you a new uniform, Captain? Honestly, yours is a little outdated."
"No, that won't be necessary..."
Steve firmly rejected Tony Stark's "kind offer."
