Using his compact frame to evade the two alien leviathans closing in on him, Kraft repeated his earlier trick and leaped onto one of their heads.
This time, however, the Chitauri had wised up and stationed troops on the alien leviathans. The moment Kraft landed, the Chitauri soldiers surrounded him with weapons in hand.
"FUMOFUMO!" (Sweep away the army!)
Brandishing his Electric Utility Knife, Kraft charged into the Chitauri soldiers like Guan Yu himself. The blade danced up and down, sending the Chitauri tumbling.
He had barely finished clearing the Chitauri off the leviathan's back when another wave came charging over on flying craft.
"This isn't going to work..."
Although powering the λ-Driver System to cut down these small fry took much less mental energy, there were simply too many of them. Without the λ-Driver System, he couldn't clear them out nearly as efficiently, and he would only end up locked in an endless stalemate.
A short hop backward followed by a backflip carried Kraft clear of a burst of Chitauri gunfire and back onto the leviathan's head.
He activated the Limited Invincibility Belt. Its pale yellow barrier blocked another Chitauri volley, giving Kraft enough time to deal with the leviathan beneath him. Mustering all his remaining mental energy, he drove the utility knife deep into its skull.

After killing another alien leviathan with his salted fish thrust, Kraft had completely exhausted his mental energy. No matter how loudly he shouted his move names, he couldn't activate the λ-Driver System anymore. His mind was strangely calm, as though he had entered a post-climax state of clarity...
It looked like he wouldn't be able to use the λ-Driver System for a while. Kraft switched to the Bang-Bang Gun and Fishbone and resumed his hit-and-run battle
