"Go back home?"
Kraft gave a wry smile. If he hadn't recovered his memories, he wouldn't have objected, but things were different now.
The Scarlet Witch's illusion had restored some of Kraft's memories. Now that he knew how dangerous this world was, returning to his home country to build a future was still an option, but it wasn't his first choice.
Although he had recovered some memories, Kraft hadn't actually felt much of anything. They had appeared in his mind as information, rather than genuine recollections of who he had been before losing his memory.
And while those memories had generally returned in response to what Kraft wanted to know, he couldn't control exactly which pieces of information he recovered. What he ended up with was a scattered mess of fragments, and it took him a long time to piece together a rough idea of his situation.
His name before losing his memory had been Wang Mian, and he was apparently someone who had transmigrated from an Earth in another world. As for exactly how or why he had come here, Kraft had no idea.
Aside from that, Wang Mian had apparently possessed something called the Great Scientist System, whose basic purpose was to train him to become a scientist.
But whether it was because of the transmigration or the human experiments, that mysterious system... had broken.
Kraft's strange dream ability was probably the result of a merger between the broken system and the superpower developed through the human experiments. That was likely why he could only reproduce technological abilities. As for the contents of his dreams, perhaps they were formed from fictional works he had encountered in his previous life?
These were only conclusions Kraft had pieced together from fragments of information, but he felt they were probably close
