The electromagnetic cannon Electro used was a knockoff Doctor Octopus had made based on the Railgun Quinn had used earlier. He was deeply wary of a weapon that had nearly snapped his mechanical tentacles, so the first thing he thought of upon meeting Electro was whether he could replicate one.
Unfortunately, Doctor Octopus had no Dream Realm power to boost his work. Although he had built a very similar electromagnetic cannon using electromagnetic coil theory, its power fell well short of Quinn's Railgun.
Even so, its destructive power was nothing to scoff at, especially since the metal spike was made from vibranium they had paid a fortune to obtain.
Propelled by electromagnetic force, the vibranium spike hurtled straight toward Harry Osborn's back. Although he sensed the danger, he had already lost his balance and could only twist his body slightly to keep it from hitting a vital spot.
