After leaving Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters, Kraft planned to seek out Magneto. Judging by both the information he had gathered and Charles's attitude toward the man, Magneto was fairly radical in his methods. They would probably get along.

Victor was relaxing over a drink in a mutant bar when a string of orange sparks suddenly appeared in the air before him.

The sparks rapidly expanded into a circle before Victor's eyes. The scene within it was completely disconnected from the bar around it, and a woman who looked vaguely familiar to him stepped through.

Then came the Asian boy who had said Magneto had children, his old friend Logan, and another Asian woman he did not recognize at all.

The portal's appearance briefly startled the bar's patrons, but they were all mutants and had seen all sorts of bizarre abilities. After a moment of confusion, they quickly settled down and watched Kraft and the others emerge with curiosity.
