It Was All Osborn's Fault

Peter Parker's mind was a mess. Everything involving Osborn had unfolded far too quickly. Just a few days ago, he had still been considering having an honest talk with Norman Osborn, only for a massive epidemic to break out the very next day.

Then, before he could discover what had caused the epidemic, Martin Lee and Dr. Otto, who had been missing for a long time, suddenly resurfaced and dealt Norman Osborn a fatal blow.

Norman Osborn had brought this fate entirely upon himself, and Peter Parker had no reason to save him. But his friend Harry Osborn was innocent.

With Norman under arrest, was anyone still looking after Harry's treatment? Peter was deeply concerned about that. And, as Aunt May had said, he could try helping with the research into a cure for Harry.

But Peter Parker had no idea where Harry actually was now. He had immediately rushed to the secret room in the Osborn home, but Harry, who had previously been submerged there, had already been moved.

"Damn it!"

Peter slammed his fist against the wall. After a moment's hesitation, he contacted Officer Yuri.

"Hi, Officer Yuri. I heard you've arrested Norman Osborn. There's something I need to ask him. Could you let me talk to him?"

As soon as the call connected, Peter got straight to the point and made his request.

But Officer Yuri refused without the slightest hesitation. "I'm sorry, Spider-Man. Norman Osborn's status is too sensitive. No one is allowed to contact him right now."

"Can't you find some way to help? For old times' sake?"

Peter Parker pleaded urgently, "Or you could just pass a message to Osborn for me. Ask him where the big tank from his secret room is now. Please, this is a matter of life and death."
