Having grown up in a world teeming with superpowered people, and possessing special abilities himself, Kraft habitually looked down on ordinary law enforcement agencies. In his mind, their job was to clean up afterward; they were utterly helpless against supercriminals.
Professor Agasa, however, couldn't accept Kraft's disregard for human life. Still looking stern, he continued his lecture. "Even if they're utterly irredeemable criminals, that doesn't give you a reason to kill them!"
Kraft had no interest in arguing with Professor Agasa over this difference in outlook.
