The Di Family seized Heaven Dou, founded the Holy Soul Empire, and watched Spirit Hall build an empire of its own as the rival powers moved toward war. Tang San grew stronger on Sea God Island, then returned to rescue Xue Beng and Dai Yutian from Spirit Hall forces.

• Qian Renxue revealed herself to Tang San, but Xiao Wu injured her protecting Tang San, and Spirit Hall forces later entered Heaven Dou City after Emperor Xue Ye died from poison.
• Di Yuan and Di Yang took control of Heaven Dou, executed loyalists and their families, and drove Ning Fengzhi’s group and Xue Beng’s supporters to Hagendas Kingdom.
• Di Hong attacked the fleeing group, overpowered Chen Xin and Gu Rong, then let them leave after Chen Xin broke his shield, while Tang San declared the Di Family his enemy.
• Di Yang founded the Holy Soul Empire and made Di Yuan crown prince as Xue Beng proclaimed himself emperor in Hagendas and Tang San’s companions traveled to Sea God Island.
• Bibi Dong founded the Spirit Hall Empire, claimed authority over the continent’s Spirit Masters, and launched campaigns that captured Balak Kingdom and Gengxin City.
• Qian Renxue and Di Yuan completed Angel’s Sixth Trial together, while Tang San passed the Sea God’s trials and reached the Soul Douluo level.
• Spirit Hall went to war against the Star Luo and Heaven Dou remnants, and Subduing Demon Douluo nearly killed Xue Beng before Tang San returned and defeated him with the Sea God Trident.
• Di Hong went to the Star Dou Great Forest after Gui Mei killed Qin Ming, while Di Yuan learned that Tang San had returned with the Sea God Trident.

Tang San revived Xiao Wu, returned to the Clear Sky Sect, and led Heaven Dou’s fight against Spirit Hall at Jialing Pass while Di Hong’s Holy Soul Empire invaded the Star Luo Empire. The arc left Tang San confronting Tang Yuehua at the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well as he sought herbs to save Yu Xiaogang.

• Tang San rescued Xiao Wu, severed his own arm to remove her Sacrifice Spirit Bone, and absorbed Da Ming and Er Ming’s hundred-thousand-year soul rings after they sacrificed themselves.
• Tang San returned to the Clear Sky Sect, defeated the elders’ challenge, presented Tang Chen’s token, restored Tang Hao’s limbs, and helped end the sect’s seclusion.
• Di Hong gave Di Yuan the Asura Sword, and Di Yuan endured its killing intent as he began seeking its recognition.
• Tang San and the Shrek Seven Devils fought at Jialing Pass, where the Sea God Trident’s flood broke the defenses, but Spirit Hall’s reinforcements forced Heaven Dou’s army to retreat.
• Tang Hao and Tang Xiao saved Tang San and Xue Beng from Spirit Hall’s powerful Douluo, while Yu Xiaogang took an arrow meant for Xue Beng and was left near death.
• Di Yang launched the Holy Soul Empire’s invasion of the Star Luo Empire as Tang San chose to seek medicine for Yu Xiaogang before completing his divine trials.
