Quirrell's appearance was only a minor interlude. Though there was something unusual about him, Mu En did not have enough curiosity to pry into his secrets.
After arriving at the Entrance Hall on the first floor and saying goodbye to Harry, Mu En headed straight for the fifth floor.
Two of Hogwarts' Common Rooms were located in towers: Ravenclaw and Gryffindor.
As a result, his distinctive appearance drew frequent sidelong glances from many young wizards along the way.
During this time, he encountered two particularly memorable children.
"Mr. Jones!!"
Two red-haired children with a few freckles on their faces greeted him in unison.
Clearly, they were twins.
"Good morning, gentlemen." Mu En smiled and nodded. "Is there something I can do for you?"
The child on the left spoke first. "Good morning, sir. We mainly wanted to ask about your, uh... this... appearance! What spell is it from? Sorry, we don't mean any offense."
"It looks really cool. It gave us some new ideas," the one on the right hurriedly added.
The one on the left quickly said, "If you mind, we'll clear off right away!"
After saying that, the two stared at Mu En expectantly.
"No, of course I don't mind." Mu En nodded, then explained,
"Perhaps Dumbledore did not make it very clear yesterday, but my current appearance is not an ordinary Transfiguration trick. It came from an accident while practicing Animagus transformation."
The two young wizards looked apologetic. "Uh, we're terribly sorry, sir. We didn't mean to..."
"I said I don't mind." Mu En smiled. "But I am curious. What sort of inspiration were you talking about?"
"We've been working on some prank items. After seeing you at the welcome feast last night, we got a new idea—a prank sweet that could turn someone's head into a
