Martial Artists generally trained in two ways. One was physical training, which could improve their fitness.
The other was the cultivation of Inner Force, but that was exclusive to Dark Force Martial Artists. Martial Artists in the Warrior Stage had no Inner Force to cultivate at all.
Aside from these two common methods, Mind Power Masters also cultivated their Mental Power.
Mental Power cultivation involved ordinary training, as well as something called enlightenment.
The state of enlightenment was exceptionally rare. First, a Martial Artist's mind had to be completely clear, with no fluctuations in their state of mind—not even the slightest trace. The surrounding environment also had to meet certain requirements.
Their Mental Power also had to be released outward. The closer they were to a natural state, the better the effects of enlightenment.
Once successful, not only would their Mental Power increase significantly, but special effects might even emerge.
It was similar to achieving enlightenment in martial techniques. For example, Lin Zhen's Nine Heavy Spears River required a certain degree of comprehension, but that kind of insight was far less rare than enlightenment in Mental Power.
Lin Zhen had also been a Mind Power Master in his previous life, but he had never once entered a state of Mind Power enlightenment. He could only read related posts online, such as how some Mind Power Master had attained enlightenment, how much their Mental Power had increased, and how much their control over Mind Power had improved.
He had never imagined that, after being reborn, he would enter a state of Mental Power enlightenment so quickly.
Mental Power was invisible and colorless. At that moment, it quietly spilled outward, like flowing water and like a spiderweb, spreading in every direction around Lin Zhen.
