Siblings and Okuchi-no-Makami

Sirius strode forward, observing the two siblings standing below Kaido.

The older sister appeared to be around five or six years old, much like Sirius himself in the past. Her hair was unusual, thick sky-blue strands clumped together as if unwashed, with pink hair scattered in between like embellishments.

She wore a slightly tattered dress and a similarly worn-out mask, obscuring her face. However, her eyes were bright and constantly darting around.

Behind her was likely her younger brother, a child of about three or four. He wore a pointed hat, and two strands of purple hair peeked out from under the brim. He clutched his sister's hand, head bowed, looking quite frightened.

Sirius knew who these two brats were.

Before he even got close, Sirius saw Queen grinning as he asked, "Boss Kaido, where did you pick up these brats this time!"

"Seriously, if this keeps up, this place is really going to turn into a kindergarten!"

Uncle Kaido, laughing heartily for some reason, casually replied, "They're descendants of an old acquaintance. He's dead now, so I brought them back."

"Oh—"

Queen turned and looked the siblings up and down. His aggressive gaze made the younger brother tremble, and he instinctively lowered his head further.

The older sister, however, looked defiant and met Queen's gaze head-on.

"Mwahaha! Another interesting brat!"

Queen burst into laughter. "Reminds me of when Sirius first arrived, that little brat's face was practically screaming defiance!"

Sirius walked forward, hands behind his head, a smile on his face.

Queen turned at the sound and smiled back at Sirius. "I'm just telling the truth. As for you, kid, did you finish the homework I assigned last night?"

For the past three years, besides undergoing physical training with King, he had attended Queen's chemistry class every evening.

Although Teacher Queen often seemed unreliable, he was undeniably strict when it came to teaching.

Sirius said casually, "Of course, I finished it long ago."

"Are you saying the homework I assigned is too easy, you brat?"

"Who said that!"

As Sirius bantered with Queen, he glanced at the siblings standing ahead.

The blue-haired sister met his gaze fearlessly, already showing signs of stubbornness.

"Oh, more cute children have arrived."

Black Maria smiled and stepped forward, approaching the siblings. She said with a smile, "Just like Sirius back then, your face is full of cuteness."

Jack stroked his chin. "Indeed, it does feel a bit like Sirius. Their faces both radiate something unusual. Could it be that Boss Kaido has found another remarkable individual?"

Sirius's lips twitched. "How many things have my face been said to convey? Is there even room for more?"

While they were exchanging pleasantries, Yamato had already strode forward and reached the siblings. She extended her hand and said with a smile, "Hello, I'm Yamato. From today on, we're comrades."

However, an unexpected situation occurred. The older sister among the siblings looked up and glared at Yamato, then slapped Yamato's hand away and shouted, "Who wants to be your comrade!"

Oho, Teacher Queen was right. She really is defiant, Sirius couldn't help but chuckle.

Black Maria shook her head. "That won't do, little sister. Learning to fit in is part of growing up."

"Who's your little sister!"

The little girl glared at Black Maria. "I have a name! My name is Ulti!"

"Oh, hello Ulti, I'm Yamato," Yamato pointed to herself.

"Who's introducing themselves to you!" Ulti yelled angrily.

"Huh? Aren't we?"

"Of course not, you white-haired brat!"

"White, white-haired brat?"

Sirius walked forward with a smile and, under Ulti's furious gaze, patted Yamato on the back. "Let's go, idiot, it's time to eat."

Yamato pouted and followed Sirius, looking a bit dejected. "I got rejected."

"It's normal to be rejected,"

Sirius said casually. "Who do you think I am?"

Speaking of which, Sirius had befriended Yamato the first time they met.

"Just you watch, Sirius!" Yamato said indignantly. "I'll definitely make friends with them!"

Sirius smiled.

He had no doubt.

Yamato could certainly do it; it wasn't a difficult task.

In the end, these two siblings were just nervous about arriving in a new environment.

Jack followed their pace, whispering, "If that girl's strength isn't enough, their lives won't be easy from now on."

Black Maria agreed, "After all, they've offended Lord Yamato."

Everyone took their seats.

"Ugh-ho-ho-ho! Today is a joyous day! I've obtained a treasure!"

He opened the box, revealing a fruit with spiral patterns on its surface. Clearly, it was a Devil Fruit.

And for Kaido to value it so highly, it must not be an ordinary Devil Fruit.

Sirius's lips curled into a smile. It's finally here.

Queen chimed in at the opportune moment, "Oh! Boss Kaido, are you holding such a grand banquet because of a very powerful Devil Fruit?"

"Ugh-ho-ho-ho! A Zoan-type Mythical Zoan, the Okuchi-no-Makami form!"

Kaido laughed heartily, "That's the name of the fruit in my hand!"

Black Maria exclaimed, "Isn't that the same as Sirius's?"

"And both are Dog-Dog Fruits," Jack also marveled slightly.

And it's a White Wolf.

Sirius thought with a smile.

"Mythical Zoan?" Yamato's eyes lit up.

It was precisely because of the abilities Sirius possessed that he had rapidly grown stronger, now completely surpassing her.

If she could eat this fruit, would she be able to catch up to Sirius?

At this moment, Kaido, holding the fruit, looked at Yamato.

"Yamato, my foolish daughter, the same question as always. If your answer satisfies me, this fruit is yours."
