"Who goes there?" The Lagrange City Guards raised their spears toward the sky, watching warily.

"Greetings, brothers! The Imperial Royal Wyvern Knight Order's Lightning Wyvern Squad salutes you!" The leading Wyvern Knight lightly pressed a hand to his chest and bowed.

"Greetings! Commander Vilin Angus of the Lagrange City Guard Thousand-Man Unit salutes you!" The commander of the Lagrange City Guards returned the gesture. The Wyvern Knights wore the standard plate armor of Lagrange Sky Knights, making it obvious at a glance that they were allies.

"What's your situation?" Vilin Angus asked, looking doubtfully at the Two-legged Wyvern Knight Squad before him.

"We were returning to the Empire from the south and happened to spot you here, so we came to take a look. Friendly warning: a force of ten thousand Chariot People is rapidly approaching from the east. Perhaps you have something to say about that?" The Two-legged Wyvern Knight Squad captain shrugged.
