"Alright!" Duke Joelster nodded. He had no objections to Roland's allocation. With the king guarding the realm's gates, the defenses needed to be strengthened. Defending a city did not demand highly offensive troops, but there absolutely had to be plenty of ranged units! Whether mages or archers, the more they stockpiled, the better!
"The only major legion left is the Dorwinian Heavy Swordsmen..." Roland tapped the table, his eyes narrowing slightly.
"Flowing City doesn't need those iron cans! The north has better ones! Bring them back to the capital!" Roland quickly figured out the key to it.
Flowing City was not under much defensive pressure at present. Those slow-moving iron cans would be nearly idle if they stayed there, especially since the dwarves to the north had even more iron cans than they did! If the dwarves' iron cans were ever smashed through, the kingdom's Dragon Marshal would have gone over long ago. Rather than letting those iron cans sit atop the walls every day and admire the scenery, it was better to bring them to Lagrange City and put some pressure on the Eastern Yi!
"You are right!" Duke Joelster nodded in agreement. He had no intention of interfering too much in military matters. After all, King Roland's centralization of power was going quite well, and all the nobles were satisfied with the situation. If they could not all flourish together, then they could only first let the royal family dominate alone. Otherwise, if they started tearing themselves apart internally, there would be no need to wait for Sauron. When Sauron eventually set the table, none of these nobles would dare pick up their chopsticks without being invited!
"The Royal Guard won't be moved. They'll definitely remain stationed in the royal palace!" Roland crossed another unit off the list.
