"When Tony first told me he'd arranged for Venom and Thor to get in touch with Schiller, I felt pretty uneasy. How could an alien Symbiote with a few screws loose and an Asgardian God King possibly have any therapeutic effect?"
"But now, it seems our thinking may have been too limited. Human thinking is always too emotional, and because we were mindful of being Schiller's friends, we spoke too tactfully."
"Thor made a lot of sense, but if it were me, I couldn't have said something like that to Schiller in such a bad state."

"'Inability to empathize' is a very typical symptom of autism spectrum disorder. Much of the time, the happiness, anger, sorrow, and joy you see from them is actually performed. Genuine emotional fluctuations within them are few and far between."
Charles rubbed the side of his earpiece and said, "Some patients with milder symptoms can gradually return to normal as they grow older, but Schiller's condition is obviously too severe to simply leave alone."
"Speaking of which, Tony had us watching the surveillance equipment here. What did he go off to do?" Steve frowned in confusion. "These past few days, he, Stephen, and Loki have been acting all mysterious. Who knows what they're up to..."
"Perhaps he's arranging the next stage of treatment..." Charles shook his head as he speculated, but then quickly frowned. "Oh, wait. Why do I suddenly feel that something's wrong?"
