Clark also looked at Bruce with concern. He sighed and said, "From my own perspective, I'd be willing to sacrifice myself to help those in need. But if it were my friend doing this, I'd still advise him to act within his limits."
"Actually, judging by the current investment and the project's progress, Wayne Enterprises doesn't have enough wealth to transform all of Gotham. It would probably struggle to manage even half of it.
