"Wait, what is going on?!" The woman holding a steel whip took a step back, widened her eyes, and looked up at the sky as a roar echoed beyond the starport.

"This is a starport floating in outer space! How can it be raining??!!!!"

The subordinates following behind her were also somewhat panicked. They all backed away a few steps, staring helplessly at the strange sight in the sky. Yet the Lowly beside them, who wore cloth garments rather than armor, lowered their heads in confusion to look at their hands. Rain fell onto their skin, but instead of sliding off its surface, it simply vanished.

The woman froze. A flash of panic crossed her eyes, and veins stood out on the hand gripping the steel whip. In a voice so low that no one else could hear, she said, "How is this possible? Apokolips's force field has been broken?! Th-this is absolutely impossible. No one has ever done this before. No, I have to find a way to solve it."

She gritted her teeth, and the expression on her face gradually turned vicious. In an instant, the muscles in her arms stretched clear lines across her bodysuit. She let out a roar and violently swung the steel whip, electricity dancing through the entire hall.

"Get them! Kill them!" the woman shrieked. "We cannot let them invade Apokolips!"

She had completely forgotten her earlier disdain. She knew more than the other low-ranking soldiers here, and thus understood what this sudden change truly meant.
