Spider-Man took several shocked steps back, staring fixedly at the large words on the wall. Then he cautiously approached, catching the heavy scent of blood before he even got close.

There was no doubt that the words had been written in blood, but Spider-Man immediately determined that it was ordinary venous blood. There were no fragments of organs or brain matter in it, and it was unlike the dark red, viscous blood that flowed from zombies.

"Wait... there are survivors?!" Spider-Man immediately realized something. He looked around, seemingly trying to find traces of living people aboard the Wakandan ship.

Helen waved Spider-Man back. "Earlier, my mother and I were arrested by the Time Variance Authority. When Mobius went off to speak with Loki alone, he left me in a TVA office. I didn't sit idle—I ate quite a few time machines I could find."

"But it's strange. Freely manipulating timelines requires a special kind of rule-based power. I don't have that rank, so I can't do it for now. But through certain objects, I can see what happened to them in the past. The rewind isn't very long, though—I can only see events from within the last two hours."
