Natasha and Pamela strolled into the garden. The moment she entered, Natasha sensed that something was off. It was autumn, and the city did not feel particularly warm. The trees and shrubs in the garden had begun to yellow, but there were far too many vines covering the ground, and they were far too green.

Natasha walked down the porch steps. The instant her high heels touched the stone path, she noticed a shadow move in the bushes, like some small animal darting past.

"You've never met another version of me from another world?" Pamela asked.

"Not in person. Other than Schiller, Batman is the one I know best from your universe. I once played a game with two Batmen."

The swaying shadow in the darkness froze. Pamela asked, "What did you think?"

"Not bad. I don't need to say they were smart and strong—that was obvious. If I had to describe them, I'd say they were quite hot and sexy."

"Of course, especially when they're wearing the Batsuit." Pamela stepped a little closer.

Natasha lowered her gaze. When she saw a slender shadow slither past her feet, she instinctively lifted one foot, thinking it was a snake. But under the porch light, she saw that it was a moving vine.

"Did you get either of them into bed?" Pamela asked again.

"You know the bed isn't the point. If I could find even a little free time, would I not do it?"

Pamela sighed and shook her head. "You seem like the type he'd like."

Natasha turned back, tucked a lock of red hair behind her ear, and stared at Pamela with an expression that plainly said, "What do you mean by that?"

"Do you think Batman is hard to deal with? Exactly. He sends that signal to everyone
