It turned out that whenever you went up against Superman, you were the only one who would suffer. Although Peter had smashed Clark into the water, Peter had also essentially slammed head-on into A-Train. He let out a scream on the spot, fell into the water, and started blowing bubbles.

Clark, who had been hit, was dazed again, but at least he saw Peter flailing right in front of him and hauled him out with one hand.

But Natasha had not finished getting her revenge. The female agent held a water gun in each hand and relentlessly sprayed Clark. Clark could only slap the water's surface, throwing up a curtain of water, then took the opportunity to retreat with Peter into the locker room corridor.

Peter coughed violently several times, spat out a mouthful of water, and shook his head hard. The two crouched behind a pillar in the locker room corridor, wondering how they could break through the water-gun battle's blockade.

But an even worse situation followed close behind. Two more figures came up the stairs. Peter looked carefully and saw that they were Stark and Captain America, though not the Stark he knew. This one appeared to be the evil version.

The two were discussing something with great intensity. Even without being able to hear them, Peter could roughly guess what it was about: the usual matters of good and evil, methods and means.

They were so absorbed in their conversation that they completely missed Bruce and Selene's warning. The instant they appeared in front of the breach, both of them were sprayed into drowned rats.

Steve and Stark stood there blankly, as though they did not quite understand this thing called water. Once Stark recovered, he took a deep breath, and the Symbiote armor instantly armed itself.
