"Wait, why are we running?!" Diana asked over her shoulder as she ran. "It's not like we can't beat a Tyrannosaurus Rex, right?"
"But he's Batman!!" Clark shouted in despair. "How could we possibly beat a Bat-Rex... I mean, a Tyrannosaurus Rex Batman? No, a Tyranno-Bat? Uh... Bat-Tyrant???"
"I like that last name." Bruce flew behind the two of them in the suit they had made earlier and said, "Bat-Tyrant sounds cool!"
"What's cool about it?! Don't tell me this is a Batman who survived from prehistoric times to the present. If it is, I'm turning around and running!" Clark yelled.
"How did he survive the Great Extinction?" Diana was equally astonished. But if Batman had survived the Great Extinction as a dinosaur, how could Mount Olympus still exist?
The three of them flew onward while Bat-Tyrant chased after them, until Diana came to her senses and shouted, "Stop running! If we keep going, we'll reach the city! Finish him here, or he'll smash up the buildings!"
Clark finally managed to recover somewhat from the mental shock. He came to an abrupt halt in midair, then spun nimbly around and floated there, still looking a little dazed.
Seeing them stop, Bat-Tyrant slowed down as well. He gradually lowered himself, brought his enormous head close to peer at the three tiny figures below, and asked coldly in a deep voice, "Who are you? What are you doing here?"
"Uh, in other universes, I'm usually called Wonder Woman. This one is Superman, and this person should be very familiar to you." Diana pointed at Bruce. "Batman, also Bruce Wayne."
Bat-Tyrant seemed shocked, though not by their identities. He lowered his huge head even further and looked at Bruce with one massive eye. "What did they call you?"
"Bruce Wayne." Bruce said it
