Schiller found Joker.
This really wasn't difficult. Joker didn't seem to be hiding at all. There was a huge smiling face painted outside his base, and he had even imitated the Bat-Lamp by setting up numerous Joker Lamps. The sky was filled with patterns of Joker's smiling face.
The moment Schiller arrived at the entrance, someone seized him. He didn't resist. The handcuff lock was about the same as the ones on prison doors; he could poke it open with practically anything. It was purely decorative.
He was brought before Joker.
The place looked like a circus. A huge tent stood at the very center of the base, and as soon as Schiller entered, he saw members of Joker's gang strutting about arrogantly.
Joker sat on a lofty throne at the front of the tent, while Batman hung suspended in the very center. Joker was currently letting out maniacal laughter.
When Schiller entered, his laughter faded somewhat. Joker looked at Schiller in confusion and said, "Aren't you that..."
"I'm that psychologist," Schiller cut in.
Joker's mouth abruptly turned downward. "Psychologist. I don't like that profession."
"I didn't come here to make you like it."
Joker choked on that, but Schiller seemed impatient. "I'm not playing word games with you, and I have no interest in your past. I just want you to introduce me to a job. We both benefit; it's a win-win partnership."
"What do you want?" Joker asked fiercely.
"Aren't you planning to catch all those criminals and send them to Arkham Asylum? Can you make me the attending physician? I can help reform them all, so they'll never bother you and Batman again."
