The Joker corresponding to Lego Batman did not disappoint the Schillers. He was also a natural master of Lego construction, but while Batman favored more orderly building methods, the Joker was better at using Lego bricks for artistic creation.

He was not a supporter of modernism, but he also disliked overly complicated Gothic styles. If he had to describe it, he was dedicated to combining naturalism with Bauhaus style. It sounded utterly insane.

But he had truly done it. Perhaps the base Schiller had acquired really did possess uniquely favorable terrain. It was a jungle of uneven elevations, well suited for bold experiments in architectural structure.

The Schillers unanimously decided against a High Tower—they wanted flatter, more spacious personal living areas. In plain terms, large single-floor apartments perfectly suited to human habitation.

Due to certain irresistible forces, the High Tower's structure had some inherent flaws. Important personality traits that often rose to the upper levels, such as Pride, mostly did not have particularly spacious living quarters.

Pride had a two-story loft bedroom, but anyone who had truly lived in a duplex knew that such a layout was not comfortable at all. It would have been fine in a villa with a yard, but cramming it into an ordinary building was simply a disaster.

The Schillers had long yearned for large single-floor apartments, but the High Tower could only be built upward, with almost no way to expand sideways. So they decided to realize their dream at the base in Battleworld.

The Joker had not merely built a block-shaped building. He had cleverly used the cliff's varying elevations to construct an enormous Lego cliffside villa, made up of twelve staggered octagonal levels.
