He then looked into the Education Department's historical personnel appointment and dismissal records, but Gotham City Hall's work standards were truly atrocious. They had never managed to keep multiple archived copies of records, and the investigation only turned up a complete mess.
The only option now was to visit the school in person. After all, the current female principal was also a suspect. The records might reveal nothing, but that did not mean there was truly nothing wrong.
