Schiller opened the door, and a tall figure with long black hair stepped inside. Diana lightly gathered her hair and smiled at Schiller. "Good morning, Professor. I brought the latest produce from the Metropolis farms—carrots, onions, and celery. I hope there's still room in your refrigerator."

He stepped aside slightly to let Diana in. She looked over the furnishings in the room and found that nothing had changed, so she went to the refrigerator first and put away the vegetables she had brought.
Schiller picked up the hot water that had been boiled beside him, pushed open the back door, and headed into the backyard. At last, the backyard had begun to look like something.
The moment Diana pushed open the door, she let out a cry of surprise. The vegetable garden they had planted earlier was nearly ready for harvest.
