The trip from Stone House to the beach was another chaotic scramble. This time, they had brought a pickup truck, which could carry both people and cargo, but there were a few too many people, so they had to make two trips.
Then someone forgot something and went upstairs to get it, so the next group went ahead first. But the people who had gone ahead realized they had forgotten something too, so they rode back with the truck that had come to pick up the next group. Others arrived and realized they had forgotten something but were too lazy to come back for it, so they called to direct others to fetch it for them. This left everyone flustered, and they ended up forgetting things as well.
Superheroes' memories were not actually that bad. If Schiller and Nick were kicked out of the equation, it probably would not have been this chaotic.
