Schiller chose "Literature Research" for himself. According to the skill description, it was specifically used to read texts related to theology and anomalies. With his attributes, there was no way he could go down the combat route. He'd better stick to researching documents and deciphering clues.
If nothing unexpected happened, Batman and Owlman had probably both chosen combat-related skills. The two of them were the main source of physical damage. For now, it was impossible to tell what the others were leaning toward.
"What did you just hear?" Main Universe Batman asked.
Schiller repeated those few lines. Batman said thoughtfully, "This may be a clue about the Wanderer. He arrives with snowy weather. It could mean that he only appears during heavy snow, and it has indeed been snowing continuously these past few days."
"How could you tell?" Schiller asked deliberately.
Main Universe Batman glanced at the fireplace and said, "You can tell from the amount of firewood."
That fit his Character Design as well. The role Main Universe Batman was playing was also a survival expert. Many survivalists liked challenging themselves in extreme climates, so it was perfectly normal for him to know about burning wood and keeping warm in harsh weather.
Schiller turned to look at the fireplace. The stack of firewood beside it filled an entire wall. If the weather had not been terrible, there would have been no need to bring so much wood inside.
If that was the case, then the dirt stuck to the corpse's feet was hard to explain. If snow had been falling continuously recently, the detective who had come here could not possibly have dry soil on his feet.
"Did you see any footprints when you went outside just now?" Schiller looked at Main Universe Batman, though he clearly did not
