The Beyonder wasn't upset about being kicked out by Pride. He even found it a little funny.

Of course, he hadn't been like this from the beginning.

When Pride first came looking for him, he had panicked a little. But he wasn't stupid, and he immediately realized that the key wasn't copying the talent, but who had been given the form in which that talent manifested.

He fully understood Pride's concerns, but he explained that they were completely unnecessary. The Beyonder had only copied the outer shell. Those chaotic lines had no meaning at all; they merely imitated Pride's perspective. The real answer had been spoken aloud to Bruce by the Beyonder.

He noticed that Pride visibly relaxed after learning this, but he also noticed that Pride seemed to have other thoughts.

The Beyonder also knew that Bruce held a special place in Schiller's heart. He showed Pride the data from the entire game. Bruce had indeed simply been lucky enough to draw the role of Doctor; he had not tampered with anything.

The Beyonder very sensibly said that it was only a game, after all. The rules could be adjusted at any time. At worst, they could abandon all these flashy presentation methods and simply give Bruce the answer directly.

But perhaps Pride had inherited some of Joker's traits: afraid his brother would suffer, yet also afraid his brother would get ahead; afraid his student would suffer, yet also feeling that this rebellious disciple of his had not suffered nearly enough.

Pride disagreed.

The Beyonder understood what he meant, so he tentatively suggested that the Battle World System could link their mental worlds together—allowing Bruce to truly acquire Schiller's talent.

The process would be somewhat similar to the mental synchronization between Schiller and Main Universe Batman, but more stable.
