When Rose arrived at the office looking terrible, it was nearly dark. Schiller was still revising the blueprint. When he saw Rose walk in, he did not even look up.

"I brought the people you wanted." Rose sounded as though she were sighing. "I know you're not from Gotham. You've turned this place into a complete mess. That isn't a good thing."
