Her mental age did not seem to have remained frozen in the year she died; it had continued growing with time. So after Batman entered the dream twice, she noticed that something was wrong and directly kicked everyone in the operating room out of the dream.

But unsurprisingly, the little girl could do nothing to the two of them. Other than preventing them from entering the dream again, she truly had no way to deal with such shameless tactics.

Batman and Schiller clearly had no intention of giving up either. Just as they were studying a new solution, Natasha arrived.

Unlike Wanda, an ordinary potion-brewing witch who seemed harmless to humans and animals alike, Natasha was a Combat Witch. She was proficient in all kinds of offensive magic and curses. She had once successfully escaped from the hands of a great mage and left him with permanent injuries.

Contrary to Greed's expectations, they had not taken many patients at all. They had only accepted one, and even that ended in failure.

After comparing the complexity of treatment, the likelihood of failure, and the potential income, Batman knew this route would never work. Treating patients for money was a thankless task with abysmal efficiency.
