Schiller focused on thinking and stopped staring at Eddie, which sent his efficiency skyrocketing. Before long, Eddie had finished processing the audio files Schiller needed.
Eddie had not actually done any misleading editing, because Dario's remarks were already outrageous enough on their own. He had only adjusted Schiller's and Loki's voices slightly to keep them from being recognized.
Once the work was done, Schiller took the recording back to S.H.I.E.L.D. After listening to it, Nick nodded in satisfaction. "Not bad. This should be enough to make him suffer."
Nick looked at Schiller but did not see his usual gloating expression whenever there was entertainment to be had. Nick found it a little strange, but Schiller had already walked out of the office.
"What the hell?" Nick shook his head, then immediately summoned Hill, handed her the file, and said, "Spread it across mainstream media platforms. I want the best possible reach within twelve hours. Arrange people to steer public opinion too. We have to deal Roxxon a fatal blow!"
Hill nodded and turned to get to work.
Back in his office, Schiller first finished filling out Strange's medical records. After working for over an hour, he opened his phone again and found notifications from every major platform chiming nonstop.
