A novel picture of a Justice League meeting slowly unfolded before Injustice Batman.
First, Oliver Queen chaired the meeting. He was responsible for steering the entire discussion and raising broad questions, such as "Who handles what?" "Where exactly do we engage?" and "What about the aftermath?"
Clark served as the meeting assistant. He raised questions about possible scenarios, such as, "How do we determine the landing site once the ship enters the atmosphere?" "How do we evacuate civilians from the landing zone as quickly as possible?" "How do we set traps quickly?" and "In what order should the superheroes enter the fight?"
Arthur served as the second assistant, asking about finer details, such as, "How will traffic be redirected?" "How should vehicles be deployed?" and "Where will the local police and firefighters stand by?"
Finally, Lex and Hal were responsible for answering these questions and considering whether the plans could actually be carried out. Lex proposed using Luthor Corp satellites to pinpoint the ship's location, setting explosive traps at the landing site to destroy its landing gear and prevent a second takeoff, sending text messages in advance to arrange shelter locations for civilians, and immediately evacuating people once disaster struck.
Diana was also responsible for taking minutes and raising questions with more of a humanitarian focus, such as, "How should the text messages be worded to minimize public panic?" and "Should we disguise this as a drill and completely conceal the true purpose of the operation?"
