"I don't think there's anything wrong with the Archmage guarding the New York Sanctum. It's unlikely he stole from the very place he was meant to protect." Main Universe Batman shook his head. "Wanda is unlikely as well. They're both relatively tolerant and gentle people, and that kind of quality is hard to fake. The Hippopotamus Goddess is the same. We haven't interacted with the other professors yet. Perhaps we'll have to take another look tomorrow."
Arkham Batman nodded, then said, "Do you think it could be a student? If he really wanted to attack the New York Sanctum, posing as a student would make it easier to gain the professors' trust, wouldn't it?"
"That is possible, but I haven't noticed anyone suspicious so far. In any case, there's no need to rush. He probably won't act right after the school year begins. We still have time to investigate slowly."
"If we find out who it is, what do you plan to do?" Arkham Batman looked slightly grim. "If he really is an extremely powerful dark wizard, there's no way we can subdue him by force. The professors and headmaster may not trust us either."
"First, the mages of the New York Sanctum are no pushovers. He may not succeed. Second, at the very least, the Sorcerer Supreme and Doctor Schiller know something of our intelligence. If we're certain about something, they'll certainly be on guard. We should be able to convince them."
"I knew a peaceful everyday campus life was never meant for us." Arkham Batman sighed softly. "Let's hope this Safir isn't too difficult to handle."
Schiller was reading through the script in his office at the school infirmary. He had received his script relatively late compared to the other professors. He still had quite a few scenes
