Early the next morning, Natasha had just gotten out of bed when she heard her phone ringing like a death knell. She answered weakly, "Who is this?"

"Looks like I gave you too much time," Arkham Batman's voice came from the other end. "Was last night a passionate one?"

"A passionate night? With who? Morphine?" Natasha was so annoyed she laughed.

"Looks like our Agent has a taste for morphine. But I still have to ask, aren't you enhanced?"

"I'd guess that stuff could knock out an elephant." Natasha flopped weakly onto the bed. "And I didn't expect him to hypnotize me."

"That's new information," Arkham Batman said. "But it was probably the practical kind, right?"

"Very practical. He only wanted to know what you and I talked about."

"You told him?"

"I don't remember very clearly." Natasha started making excuses. "If anything happens, don't blame me."

"You were the one who wanted him to come over."

"You were the one who agreed."

"Fine." Natasha continued, "There wasn't any important information anyway. If he knows, he knows. It's just that he's a little too focused on his job. Out of all of us, including you, he's the only one actually working seriously."

"Then let him work. I'll save the position of Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation for him," Arkham Batman said. "Have you gone to see Wonder Woman?"

"Not yet. I'm going now." After hanging up, Natasha resignedly sat up. Within a few breaths, the dizzy, nauseating feeling had faded away.

But when she arrived at the office, the thunderous cheers and whistles made her head start hurting again.

"You, shut up." Natasha pointed at the loudest one.

"I saw it!" Another person suddenly stood up and said, "The boss got drunk and was helped into the car
