Natasha wore a silk blouse with a half-high collar, paired with a dark, figure-hugging long skirt and wedge heels. Her red hair was pinned up behind her head with a pearl clip, with a few strands falling over her shoulders. She held a document folder in one hand, adjusted her glasses with the other, and knocked on the door to the President's office.
"The results have been quite encouraging, Mr. President." Natasha smiled. "The newly commissioned Helicarrier performed very well during its test flight, and there were no problems with the visiting procedures for the various countries. Most countries behaved themselves, and we took care of the few that tried anything underhanded."
Arkham Batman turned from the window. Seeing Natasha dressed like that, he showed a faint look of admiration. Then he stepped forward and took the documents from her.
"One more thing. The Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation says their coffee machine is too outdated and would like to request funding to replace it with the newest Italian espresso machine."
"Is something this trivial really worth reporting to me?" Arkham Batman raised an eyebrow, reading the documents as he spoke. "Have them submit the request themselves. How much could replacing a coffee machine possibly cost?"
