Ultron Zero had been hunting down his counterparts across different universes, and Brainiac had been closely watching his movements. Whenever a question concerning the Multiverse came up, he would come ask Schiller.
Schiller would give him some information, but not all of it. It was not that he was guarding against Brainiac, but the state of the Multiverse had already diverged from the comics. Blindly applying the comic-book setting could easily cause problems. So he could only explain some fundamental hard rules. As for everything else, Brainiac would have to investigate it himself.
