Yet they had come late because they had gone to tidy themselves up and prepare their clothes.
As for Arkham Batman's side, they had not yet shaken off their combat mindset. More precisely, everyone here was better at fighting than scheming. Their first thought had been to get the person out, overlooking the historical context and Little Erik's issue of trust.
But what they had done could not exactly be called wrong. After all, if they had arrived just a few seconds earlier, they might have saved Little Erik's parents. In that case, no matter what Charles said, Little Erik definitely would not have believed him.

From before World War II through the war itself, the American upper class had been very fond of a Transatlantic accent. Some politicians still alive today still
