The conversation had shifted a little too quickly. Peter froze for a moment, but after giving it some serious thought, he shook his head.

"Why?" Polaris asked.

"Wanda has a very clear goal. She wants a perfect, warm family. Everything she does revolves around that goal. First, she wants to find a lover, have a few children, buy a house and a car, find a stable job, come home after work every day, and spend happy times with her family. She's always worked toward that goal, and she succeeded."

"What about me?"

"You? I don't really know you that well," Peter said. "You seem much more rebellious than she is. You don't seem like someone who would enjoy a stable life. You're always running all over the place, rarely staying anywhere for long, brave enough to take risks and try all kinds of new things."

"I used to look down on Wanda's pursuit," Polaris said. "That kind of life sounded awful. Circling around your family every day, taking care of your husband and children, trapping yourself in some tiny house, when I should have had the entire universe."

After choosing his words carefully, Peter said, "I prefer to think that people spend their whole lives searching for somewhere they're willing to stay. That place can be a home, a person, or a journey. Everyone just wants different things."

"Yeah. I used to think Wanda and I were completely different. But then I suddenly realized that we're actually very alike. Or rather, our father and the four of us siblings are all very alike."

"What do you mean?" Peter asked.

"When Havok proposed to me, I was surprised for a moment. I realized I was looking forward to something too, and then I understood that I'm the same kind of person
