Clark was completely lost. What he knew wasn't enough for him to understand what Bruce was talking about. He only vaguely gathered that something had been fake, and that it had fooled all of them.

He was too embarrassed to ask Bruce again. Fortunately, as a reporter, his reading comprehension was decent. He began carefully reading what was displayed on Bruce's screen. Overall, it was all introductions to Egyptian artifacts, and it was a bit of a headache to read.

Clark read for a long time without finding the point. Based on those descriptions alone, he couldn't see what Bruce had just been talking about. But when he saw the image of that sculpted relief, he suddenly slapped his forehead.

The largest snake depicted on it was nothing special. It looked like the kind of thing that would appear in ancient Egyptian murals. But in the background near the snake's tail was a ship pattern identical to the Deep Sea squid-shaped ship he had blown apart.

"How is that possible?!" Clark was stunned. "How could an ancient Egyptian mural have a Kryptonian starship on it?! Did someone come to Earth back then???"

Bruce, who was organizing his equipment nearby, sighed again.

Clark finally caught on. "That's not right either. How could a Kryptonian starship from thousands of years ago look exactly like a modern light escort ship? Even cars from a few hundred years ago don't look like today's..."

"If this mural is fake, why would he paint that alien ship on it? And what does this have to do with Diana Prince and Lex Luthor?"

Clark was thoroughly confused. Unable to hold back any longer, he turned toward Bruce and found him intently adjusting his equipment. Clark hesitated, then walked over and stared at Bruce without saying a word.
