"Should we go up and take a look?" Diana asked.

"Not yet." Bruce turned to Victor. "Do you still have the strength?"

Victor gave him an OK sign. Bruce said, "Black out every electronic device nearby. Don't let anyone discover that we boarded the ship."

Victor nodded, a glint flashing through his eyes. He was already highly practiced at this sort of thing. Soon, every electronic device within several kilometers lost its connection. They could not even record anything.

Several members of the Justice League boarded the ship. It was far larger than it looked, shaped like a hemispherical shuttle, somewhat like a grain of rice sliced vertically in half. Bruce saw many anchoring piles on its underside. This was likely a multipurpose vessel that could land directly on a planet's surface and connect to it as a base.

The ship's style was entirely unlike Earth's. Most of its hull was made of dark metal, with almost no decoration, yet the equipment itself had a distinctly technological beauty that made it look rather impressive.

Diana looked around at everything inside the ship and said, "Do you intend to use this ship? But could Darkseid have tampered with it?"

Bruce shook his head. "The moment I enter the ship, Darkseid will abandon every arrangement he made here, so Apokolips doesn't get dragged down with the ship."

Diana opened her mouth, wanting to say something, only to realize there was apparently nothing to say. It reminded her of what her sisters on Battleworld had said about Batman. They had told her that if something fell into Batman's hands, it was best not to expect it back. Otherwise, during the year-end cleanup, you might discover tons of nano-cameras in your house.

Darkseid definitely did not want the ship to fall into Batman's hands,
