As it floated near the ground, it resembled a tsunami sweeping through a city.

But there was an even greater master yet to come. The creature that suddenly entered Schiller's field of vision did not quite look like a monster either. More precisely, it had surpassed humanity's understanding of monsters to date, because it was a "freak."

Some people might have heard of Molecular Gastronomy. Simply put, it meant pulverizing one kind of food and then reassembling it into a new food with a similar appearance. For example, you could crush strawberries, add all sorts of seasonings, pour the mixture into strawberry-shaped molds, and freeze it into new strawberry ice cream. Humanity seemed to love doing this kind of utterly pointless nonsense, and it was clearly influenced by God.
