Anatoly's expression remained grim all the way into the Justice League's office. He went in, but shut both Schiller and Deathstroke outside, saying he wanted to speak to the Justice League alone.
"They won't start fighting, will they?" Deathstroke asked.
"Hard to say before. They probably won't now," Schiller said. "After all, they'll need to save some strength to fish people off the Origin Wall."
"So what exactly is going on?" Deathstroke asked.
Schiller gave a simple summary. In truth, he had not looked through the memories in detail; he only knew the result. In short, Bruce had pulled a whole series of moves and pinned everyone onto the Origin Wall. And once someone was hung up there, even world-shaking abilities would not let them get down on their own.
"God," Deathstroke said. "So what's with that wall?"
"That isn't a wall. You could call it the universe's protective shell. It prevents the Real Universe from being threatened by outside forces. And that is precisely why anything hung on it can't come down."
"And that Russian can get them down?"
"Maybe," Schiller said. "He should have a way. It just depends on how much noise it makes."
"We still have to consider how much noise it makes?" Deathstroke said. "You've already gone to a Russian. The only thing you need to consider is whether the noise is big or extra big."
"Not necessarily. He did have a completely quiet and efficient plan, unfortunately, he doesn't want to use it."
"What plan?"
"Find Lucifer." Schiller smiled again and said, "Unfortunately, the two of them are in a cold war."
"What's that about now?"
This time, Schiller did not go into detail. He only said, "They had a little conflict. They've been in a cold war for probably over ten years."
"Over
