Krakoa's wind always carried the damp scent of earth. The golden sun had only just edged above the horizon when the dawn glow across the sky dripped down along the dewdrops on the verdant leaves. When Schiller walked into the washroom, the hazy morning light filtering through the stained-crystal window was making the wood grain on the floor ripple like water.
As he tidied his hair in front of the mirror, he sensed an unusual aura from afar. The wind's howl carried anger. So he walked to the window and, through the gaps between the tall trees, saw a diamond-bright figure streaking across the sky above Krakoa. The mutants had all been awakened by that powerful fluctuation of energy and were poking their heads out of their windows one after another.
"White Queen..." Stark's voice came from the living room. Schiller walked out of the washroom and quickly entered the living room. Stark stood before the window and turned to look at him. "You've really pissed her off."
"I can't let Magneto face the White Queen's anger alone," Schiller said. "And I can't let her clash with those people from the Main Universe either. Tony, you go hold off the Main Universe Avengers. I'll be able to explain things to Emma very soon."
After Schiller turned and left, Stark rested one hand on the window frame and looked outside. Immediately afterward, a red-and-gold figure cut across the sky. Stark's expression grew serious. If the short-tempered White Queen ran into the Main Universe Avengers with their hidden agenda, it would be like lightning striking wildfire. He had to stop them.
A faint glimmer flashed in Stark's eyes. In an instant, blue-and-white nanotech armor enveloped his entire body. In Krakoa's shining morning light, he shot after that red-and-gold figure like a meteor,
