After leading the two of them out alive, Greed let out a breath of relief. These two were important combat assets, especially Matt. His Map Exploration skill was simply too important. If he died just like that, Gambler's side's odds of winning would drop sharply.
"He's like a different person," Matt said. "His movements aren't that stiff anymore, and he isn't that slow either. He's practically as agile as he is in real life. What the hell was the game designer thinking? He isn't seriously planning to let Batman be Batman in the game, is he?"
"You mean he doesn't have any other skills, he just became more like Batman?" Greed asked.
Matt nodded and said, "At least I didn't see him use any especially unique skill. It looked like Batman's usual combat style. He's just much more agile than before."
"I see," Greed said. "Looks like the game designer's approach to designing Batman's skills was to weaken him first, then let him regain Batman's original strength. That's a little troublesome."
"This Batman is exceptionally strong," Superman said. "In terms of pure fighting skill, none of us could possibly be his match. Did you find the things in the safes?"
Both of them shook their heads. Superman sighed and said, "Then hurry up and look. I found two. As long as we find three more, we win."
