Clark was at a loss when faced with the tangled and complex relationships among the gangs, but he was the natural nemesis of supervillains.

Gangs usually fought over interests. It was hard to say who was right or wrong. They seized territory to make money, and made money to live better. If Clark wanted to sever that chain of interests, he would have had to rebuild all of Gotham from scratch. He did not have that ability.

But most supervillains merely wanted to watch the world burn. Once interests and survival were not involved, Clark found it easy to tell right from wrong. With people like that, there was no point listening to their nonsense—he just had to go up and beat them senseless.

During Clark's time keeping order, nearly every supervillain had been beaten into submission by him. Joker had come out to cause trouble once, but after discovering what a boring person Clark was, he went to Arkham Asylum to check himself in. Jonathan the Scarecrow, who had previously escaped from Arkham Asylum, had also shown his face in an attempt to remind everyone he existed. He was still lying in the hospital now.

During his time in Gotham, he had become familiar with Batman's two children. He especially liked Aisha, that adorable little girl.

Perhaps Kryptonians were born with somewhat different standards of beauty than humans. Clark did not think there was anything wrong with Aisha and readily accepted Alfred's explanation about heterochromia.
